F3 Refund Policy
I suppose we should discuss our refund policy, huh? Yes, we've had to give refunds in the past, and in MOST cases, have no problems refunding people. There are some catches though, so take a few minutes to make sure you understand our refund policy.
First and foremost, we're not a "Try before you buy" type site. The owner has spent a great deal of time and energy in making this site the best that it can be. We absolutely protect our member's information and privacy. The members trust that our newer members aren't going to take advantage of a situation and use whatever information contained within our site for malicious reasons. We're also not a haven for spammers and people only joining to promote their own stuff/services/items/agenda. And yes, we've had to deal with this in the past, I'm sure we'll have to deal with it again. As a result of all of this, this is our refund policy:
You have up to 48 hours from the second that we activate your account to request a no questions asked 100% money back refund. Some people realize that this site is not for them and we do give them their money back. 48 hours is more than enough time to decide if we're a good fit for you or not.
The remaining refund policy is actually broken into two different tiers. The first tier is from the second after your 48th hour to your 3rd month with the site. We will automatically withhold 25% of your total membership for administrative purposes and refund the remainder. So if your membership is $20.00 a year, we will automatically withhold $5.00 and refund the rest back to you. If your membership is $25.00, we will automatically withhold $6.25 and refund the remaining portion of your membership back to you.
After your 3rd full month, the refund rate is calculated as follows: Days remaining of your membership x $0.054 (If paying $20.00 a year, $0.068 if paying $25.00 a year). The figures represent the daily cost of your membership with us. Refunds are generally given in the matter that the membership was paid to us. We are not responsible for any processing fees or refunds of fees incurred by your payment processor (Basically, we're not liable for PayPal transaction fees, as we've had to pay them when we received your payment). Anyone with less than 45 days remaining is ineligible for a refund.
And now, the exceptions to the refund policy:
If you are awarded any free time above and beyond your current paid membership, the free time is awarded AT THE END of your current membership, NOT the beginning. If you cancel your membership, you will NOT be credited with any free time remaining. If we suspend your account or terminate your membership, you will not be credited with any free time. If we suspend your account for any period of time, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances, nor will you be credited any additional time as a result of being suspended. We had a member that wanted to cancel and snuck this in on us, so we're spelling it out VERY clearly here. We don't want the same situation to happen again.
This is a very strict policy, we agree, however, it's designed to protect both yourself and us from any inconsistencies or the need for clarifications. This refund policy may be amended/updated as needed, it's your responsibility to check the policy out every so often to ensure that you are up to date with the policy.
